Rainbow Violin Tailpiece

This 3D printed tailpiece is a drop-in replacement that fits most violins and violas. The length from end to end is about 105mm, and the tailpiece includes a nylon tailgut for attachment to your instrument.

The tailpiece is available with or without fine tuners. You could possibly add fine-tuners to a no-fine-tuner tailpiece, but this may make the tailpiece too long. Perhaps hill style tuners could be added, but if you want fine tuners, just buy the fine tuner version, it’s better for that!

I recommend that you use medium tension strings.

The tailpiece is printed with Proto-pasta HTPLA and is fully annealed (heated in an oven after printing) to ensure resistance to high temperatures. This tailpiece will work just fine up to 200F and beyond!
